Product Range broadened for Dota 2

Dota 2 is in the Top 3 of the most watched games on Twitch in 2013 with a 508% increase in average monthly minutes watched compared to 2012. That makes it the fastest growing game in terms of spectators.


Twitch has 45 million unique viewers per month of which 58% spent more than 20 hours per week watching and have decrased watching TV at the same time.


Dota 2 is a fast pace team game that has a huge community hooked that play, create items, videos and stories around the game. Last year Valve paid out over $10 million only in royalties to the community who created items for Team Fortress 2 and Dota 2. The numbers of concurrent and monthly users has been steadily rising, reaching 700.000 and 6.5 million uniques respectively end of last year.
